My husband job is of field n now because of summer his skin got too black. If he apply anything pimples are coming so kindly guide me what to do.

Hi! ask him to apply aloe vera gel as that's non greasy and also works as a coolant and remove the tan. He can have bath with masur dal, turmeric and milk instead of soap. Mahamanjisthadi kwath is also very good for any kind of skin problems. If these don't help much, then it's better to consult some doctor.

Hello. Sunscreen is compulsory if you have field job. Sunscreen above or 50 spf will help you. It should be applied every 3 hourly. Gel or spray sunscreen recommended to avoid pimples. He also can use physical sunscreen like covering the face or wearing cap or hat also has some effect.
