Hello, thanks for the query. I have gone through the details mentioned. You have mentioned about having hypothyroidism and are on treatment for the same with 75 mc levothyroxine. Usually if one takes adequate dosage of levothyroxine hen t4 & t3 hormone levels are quite normal (with in specified normal range). However, since your tsh has gone to 8.1 mu/l, suggesting the earlier dosage was inadequate. If you have changed the dosage to 75 mcg (since when is not mentioned), tsh level may come down towards normal, but that needs to be checked after 6 weeks of changed dosage. As regards the increase in tgl, (no mention of ld: & t cholesterol), and liver enzymes, these things are interlinked with adaptation of modified lifestyle, and proper control of hypothyroidism. Fatty liver has no medication. It can be controlled by adapting a healthy lifestyle that is doing regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day, avoiding junk foods, deep fried foods, bakery items, foods made from maida, increasing the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. There is a need to avoid alcohol, smoking red meat and colas. I am not aware of your food habits and other aspects of the lifestyle. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
