I am 22 years old What to do when we feel lik pain in side the heart that which can not be shown. When ever I am a lone I feel it. What to do to help me out. Please find a way for me.

Many conditions can mimic the pain of an heart attack. Few of then are severe gastritis, panic attack, respiratory restrictive conditions, pectoralis muscle tetany etc. But any severe and sudden chest pain must not be ignored and should always be checked by a physician or cardiology and an ecg should be carried out. Take care.
