Which is the best much safe combination of *escitalopram* 10 mg with *etizolam* 0.5 *or* with *clonazepam* 0.
Ask Free Question
Clonazepam is more potent and slightly longer acting than etizolam, with similar dependency-producing issues and side effects. Most guidelines worldwide recommend short-term use of clonazepam for issues like anxiety, with consequent long-term use of ssris like escitalopram. For this reason, I generally don't prefer combination drugs. But if you really have to choose, go for the clonazepam option (but make sure you take a doctor's consultation first). Good luck!

Dear Nandlal, Both are good. Such combination studies are not done usually. So, you can use whichever combination works for you. But at the age of 64, it is better to use etizolam.
