How to remove permanent tattoo and how much is the charge for doing it please help me.

Hi, tattoo can be removed using lasers, it would need 4-6 sittings depending on the tattoo size and pigment type. The cost starts from 1500 onwards and goes upto a few thousand rupees depending upon the size of the tatoo.
