I was advised for podowart for my penile warts, before that I go through electric cauterization and imiquimod both were not helpful, after using one time podowart my skin started peel off and after 1-2 days fluid secretion is also started, I am already using a ointment fusidic acid which I am not feeling beneficial, please guide me.
