I am a 19 year old female that is experiencing knee pain. Current pain has lasted for a couple months and is quite dull and ache. Knees feel heavy often after standing for a while and especially after climbing the stairs. Pain persists while laying down too. Not very active so doubt the pin is related to any physical activity. Only medical "issue" is a vitamin d deficiency that is being treated with daily vitamins.

Do apply hot pack twice a day which helps keep reduce the pain, after pain reduces knee strengthening exercises can be done to make musclea around knee stronger.
