Dear lybrateuser, your breakfast should be a combination of carbohydrates & proteins, as carbs provide you with energy &proteins keep you full for quite sometime. You can have a bowl of muesli along with milk with a fruit, can have an egg with wholegrain bread slices along with flavoured yogurt with fruit slices cut in it, can also have a slice of cheese.
