Can I take vitamin b complex forte with zinc capsule daily for a period of 3 months. The composition of zinc sulphate monohydrate bp in each capsule shows 61. 8 mg. Is this too high or normal. My homeopathy doc suggested I can take b complex for 3 months. But I want to make sure about zinc.
