He will not cooperate with us for any scanning or any kind of medical tests is there any institute or hospital for this kind of people or any residential hospitals kind are there? Tips on communicating with a child with autism when speaking to your child, come to their level so you are not talking down to them. Use short sentences and constantly comment on what you or your child is doing to continually expose them to language. Avoid repeatedly asking questions as this can be difficult and frustrating for your child. For children who have trouble with speech and language, encourage the use of visual aides, such as pecs and picture schedules, for communication. Using signs is also an excellent option for some children with autism. Children with autism are often better at visual and detail-oriented tasks such as puzzles, for example. It is important to encourage their strengths and provide them with outlets for their interests and hobbies. There are some day care centres run by ngo for autism children but usually they are near metropolitan city. Please consult your therapist for medical problems.
