Hi. Its better not take oily food and junks'wash your face thrice daily with luke warm water avoid expose to dust it ll better.

A facial sauna is useful in treating milia and unclogging pores as it helps loosen and remove dead skin cells and debris. Soak a clean towel in hot water and wring out the excess of water. Place the towel on your face for a few minutes and then remove it. Do it daily for 7 days at least. If you don't get the desired results, you may come back and consult me.
