I have to run 2 km but I feel tired so soon. Suggest medication which should be taken before running to help in completing race on time without tiredness.

two hrs before race keep yourself hydrated with nimbupani coconut water, ors. at least two litres. cap A to z one at night after dinner two weeks. as such no medicine to increase speed. It's your will power. ok

Hi, you can add ors available for rs. 4 to water, you will notice immediate changes. Also if you drink r.o water, then I suggest you get yourself mineral water. Train your calf muscles. Usually weak calf muscles cause fatigue. You can do calf raise exercises at home and build good strength. For more detailed analysis. You may consult me!
