Hi sir/madam my horizontal impacted wisdom was removed 3 weeks ago in my left lower jaw, my doctor prescribed this gel (chlorhexidine gluconate metronidazole and lignocaine hydrochloride gel) for faster healing yesterday night I have applied that gel in my wisdom tooth removed socket with in a minute I got severe pain in socket and radiating that pain to ear and I also got earache, immediately I gargle with a plain water slowly pain got reduced after 30-45 minutes, please advice what's my current problem thank you.
