I am 21 year old male and have knee pain for last two weeks. I have used flamar cream for 10 to11 days but have not got any relief. What should I do now?

Avoid long standing and put a towel under the knee and press for 10 sec then release and hot and cold pack then apply pain relief ointment. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment wax and ultrasonic therapy l.
