I have observed since last 1-2 years some dark brownish patches of skin discoloration under my armpits (both hand). No itching no discomfort and no puffiness. It is more pronounced in summer/hot days and less in other times. I am a heart IHD patient and takes regularly blood thinning medicines Ismo 10mg, Betaloc 25 mg, Clopilet 75 mg Aspisol 75mg. And Cardace 2.5 mg. Since 8 years. I do not use any deodorant sprays or powder. Use only face powder after bath. Can you explain the cause of this occurrence? Can it be cured? Is there any remedy to get rid of it. Pls. Suggest.

It could be a bacterial or fungal I fection. Pl get it examined. Take cold showers twice a day snd use antifungal dusting powders. Keep dry and wear loose cotton clothes.
