I have mesalma with brown dark patches I using melacare cream past 8 months now I stop the cream but dark patches increase in my face pls suggest remove mesalma.

Hi, use kojivit gel only on dark patches at night for a month. Use a sunscreen like photostable or neutrogena every 2 hours when out in sun. Please don't use melacare since it is a steroid containing cream and can have side effects. Please see a local dermatologist or consult online for further assesment and advice.
