I have diabetes taking glycomet 500 sr my sugars r fasting 95 and ppbs 150 and taking olmy 20 mg but after taking olmy I am having stomach pain why.

Hello, thanks for the query. The glucose levels mentioned look very good, showing a well controlled diabetes. Since there is no information hba1c%, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise etc, no further comments can be made. As regards "pain abdomen: following taking olmesatran, it is difficult to know the reason. You ask your physician to change the treatment to some other anti-hypertensive drug. Thanks.
