Hi I am having pimples in my neck every month o go for hair cut it's a problem how to get rid of it permanently because I have use medicine from medical shop no use. I have cut it and used dettol again it comes back. What is reason for pimple in neck behind where the hair we cut. Near collar area of shirt behind. Is this a serious issue should I consult a doctor I have this problem from last 6 to 8 months.
