I am 21 years old young boy. I am working as web developer. And I am looking very thin boy. Please suggest how to maintain my body?

Eat 4 meal a day at least. Meal shd be balanced including whole grain pulse, salad, dairy products like curd. Eat some nuts daily. Exercise for about 15 min daily morning. Take 8-9 hr sleep on time. Mango shake/ banana shake with ayurvedic ashwagandha churna 3gm will be effective.
