Hello lybrate-user, I think back pain in your case can be due to bad posture or sleeping on too soft & irregular surface, also your back muscles are weak, so I would suggest you to strength the core muscles of back & go for some mobility exercises.

Hello, the reason behind your back is not obvious with late night study on bed. It could be one of the reason, if your bed is too soft. Well, for proper evaluation, you should visit an orthopedic physiotherapist. In the mean time, you can apply hot pack at your back for 15 minutes twice daily.
