I have been taking daxid since 2013 .at times it was daxid 50 or 100 once or twice a day depending on my ocd. I have high pressure on my eyes and haf done glaucoma check up but doctors have told nothing to worry. My psychiatrist says there is no ham in taking daxid gor long but I want to know your view on same. I am now skeptical.

Breath work. Not only does breathing help relax your physical body but it also centers you mentally and spiritually. It?s free and easy. Breathe in for 10 seconds, hold for 10 seconds. Then breathe out for 10 seconds, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat. I promise if you have anxiety and do this, you?ll feel the tension release. Stop trying to fight the feeling or escape it. I transmute this feeling into unconditional love and send it through my violet flame to mother Gaia to transmute.? You don?t have to say either of these, just whatever works for you. Ground yourself.
