I'm 18 year old male i'm having back to back sores in my mouth especially tongue and cheeks since last 1 month and my mouth is still dry even after drinking allot of water and i'm feeling burning in my stomach and I think that i'm experiencing some sort of discomfort while stool something like constipation and the main problem is that I easily get a sore throat every problem start with my throat dysfunction even if there is some excursion the first I feel is my throat gets tightened and it's difficult to speak and feels very weaken from inside and experience difficulty in swallowing at that time and i'm experiencing these conditions of my throat since 2 years and haven't consulted to any doctor till yet although I feel stressed out and anxiety and some times I experience shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing like my nose get too much swelled or have irregular breathing pattern and sometimes blindness in front of eyes i'm experiencing very poor quality of life and have to struggle to hard to perform daily tasks please help me in this concern.
