As per my psychiatrist am having muscle pain due to stress. He told me that there ia no medicine to cure this. I have consulted orthopaedic and done physiotherapy session as well but no relief Dr. prescribed some medicines are as follows 1. Amitone 25 mg at night 2. Etizola beta half half 3. Lonazep 0.5 at night I am not able to work due to pain. Took pain killer as well but no relief please advise.

You should exercise regularly, at least 150 mins/ week (do more if you can. You may also try yoga. These will help you in long term. Take balanced diet with ample vegetables. Have one seasonal fruit daily.
