I want to gain my weight. I did everything like eating bananas ,peanut butter and all but nothing works. Can you please suggest me what should I do for it?

Add mid meals into your diet like have sabudana kheer after lunch (3-4 pm) eat dried fruits like apricots, prunes, raisins. Drink more milk. Bedtime milk also. Have banana shake added with 1-2 cashewnuts. Have fruits like pears, pomegranate and peaches.

Please do not consume peanut butter. All seeds, dry fruits and nuts are high in phytic acid which is antinutrients in nature. Consume more fat soluble vitamins. High fat full cream dairy bananas get minimum 8 hours sleep. Exercise daily remove stress from life. Get adequate sun exposure. You will see immediate results.
