I have depression .doctor tried many medicines e.g (serta 100 ,doreme 75, venlor xr 75, nexito 20, pexep 25,) but my depression is cured only desvenlafaxine 50 .after taking 4-5 days of d veniz 50 I feel very mental tiredness. Mind becomes very dull and low .can anyone is the solution?

Increase the dose to 100 mg per day and probably you might need to increase further to 150-200 mg per day after a week. The initial response you experienced with the medicine was probably placebo or psychological. Tetrafol plus is just an adjuvant, so taking it or not will not make much difference.
