I am 27 years old male, from last 2 days I am experience mild back pain in left side, this happens due to 2 days ago I drank half liter water just before sleep & after 5 hrs of sleep I have urge to urinate but very less yellowish urine came. Again after drinking a lot of water urine come back to normal white colour but still having mild pain in back, no foul smell no other symptoms. Is it a serious concern or will it go away automatically by drinking water only.
