Hey first udiliv 450 has an OD dosage so you have to take it once daily. However it doesn't have much role in formed gallstones. It keeps the bile thin and may prevent further cholesterol buildup and may dissolve sludge (sand). However in a formed gallstone it isn't of a much value but you can give it a try for a month. Besides in gallstones the gallbladder itself is damaged so even if the stone comes out, you may need a surgery for a diseased gallbladder... Hope this clears your confusions? Redards

There is one and only one treatment of gall stones that a surgery. Medicines can only be useful for a short duration of time and whenever you will stop the medicine, you might have recurrence of gallstones again. Smaller stones are more responsible for causing serious side-effects. Therefore, it is better to get it operated as early as possible. If you are in lucknow or coming to lucknow we can operate you here also.
