I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. In a right-dominant circulation, the right coronary artery (rca) supplies the posterior portion of the interventricular septum and gives off the posterior descending artery. This contrasts with a left-dominant circulation, in which the left circumflex (lcx) artery supplies this territory. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.
