Hi I am preparing for competitive examination very sincerely and hardly I have been sleeping only 4 hours a day for last 3 months and every day when I woke up I hot severe eye irritation and got evening one side headache though I refreshing by using tea tablets it is not working I can't stop studying but have to reduce this side effects.

Sleep at least for five hours don't think it is waste of time. Minimum five hours is necessary it will fresh your brain and mind it will help to improve your grasping power.

Your body needs at least 6- 8 hrs sleep, that's why your body is reacting th at way. While studying take frequent breaks for short intervals. Do eye exercises.
