I am having pcos and my periods always delays, I am trying to conceive since last 1 year, I have no other problem as I have got my every tests done. I have even take clomiphene and letrozole but no result. Should I take a injection for egg rupture?

I hope your husband's semen analysis and thyroid profile has been checked. If all parameters are normal then there is no reason why you should not conceive. It may take time but you are very young so do not despair.

Either you take injection for rupture or get repeated ultrasounds to document rupture of follicle. This helps in timing intercourse and iui if planned. For pcos you should maintain healthy lifestyle and if obese losing some wight will help you conceive naturally. Take some antioxidants and oranges.
