I recently did mri for my back lain. Report showed that I have enlarged lymph node in para aortic region and I should do a ct scan. I did ct scan and it said ? few enlarged left para aortic lymph nodes inferior to the left renal hilum. Clinical correlation with further relevant examination / follow up and sos contrast scan is suggested. ? no free fluid in abdomen. ? no radiodense renal calculi or hydroureteronephrosis. I've no symptoms at all related to my stomach.

Hi lybrate-user size of the lymph nides also mater. Usually subcentimere sized nodes are due to infection from bacteria and viruses. If you do not have fever, cough, weight loss etc, generally there is no need to worry.
