Hi. Anxiety can cause weight loss in the long run. It might also be a side-effect of the medicine. Muscle building exercises can help you. It is also relaxing and can relieve anxiety. For your behavior, we can address your issues. However, labeling it as childish is something i'd refrain from. While some behavior patterns are not very helpful and can be changed, remember that we all have an inner child within us, and that might not necessarily be a flaw.
