Hey hi. Recently I came across some information about gingko biloba and bacopa monnieri which is useful for good memory function and better concentration. I'm a normal healthy adult, age 24, currently i'm preparing for my fmge medical exams day and night, so can someone suggest me can I use these herbs? If yes, how much and how long should I use this? Can a healthy person has any problems taking these? Are these herbs really helpful in my brain function? Please help me with this, thank you.
