I am 22 years old and my hairs are getting grey. There are 15-20 hairs which are grey. I thought that my vitamins and minerals would be less therefore took becozinc, supradyn, zincovit etc. For 2 months but no affect reflected. Which serum or medicine should I intake?

Factors like dietary deficiency, oxidative stress, smoking, thyroid issues and using chemical hair products result in premature greying but genetics plays a bigger role. There isn’t any scientifically proven medicine or serum to stop premature greying but certain things can prevent or delay the premature greying. Antioxidants rich diet like fresh fruits and vegetables, olive green tea, fish. Include multivitamin with multi mineral supplement. Quit smoking if you have.
