I am 30 years old. A friend of mine died two years ago. I was very afraid of that. Now there is a little fear. I have seen many doctors. When my heart is increasing, it is very difficult to breathe. If you breathe hard, heart rate decreases. I have done all kinds of tests ecg echo tmt. Everything is normal. I ate nexito plus and zaptra ls for last 3 month, I didn't have bp, last 6 months ago my bp was 150/90. Then I ate amlokind 5 two packets then I leaves, then did not eat anymore. Now seeing again 150/90 bp. I was prescribed by the doctor, should I take bp medicine? Will taking bp medicine from this age cause any problems in future? Please help me.

You seem to be having anxiety disorder. Increase in bp is common in anxiety disorder. The medications nexito plus and zaptra are both ssris and work for anxiety, but ideally 2 different groups may be selected. I suggest you get a second opinion from an astute psychiatrist either in person or online. If bp continues to be more after control of anxiety, then we can consider medicine for hypertension. Good luck.
