My son 30 years old on wfh since covid. Had sprain on 18th march and was on bed rest and on 5th april had covid. After coming negative went to thailand ad trip was planned 6 months ago n was paid so cudnt cancel it though his foot was unhealed. In thailand he had walked a lot 40-45k steps. After covid he is having stiffness in right leg from thigh to calf. Can you advice what to do and why it is stiff n feeling of heaviness. Which Dr. to be consulted. Twice a week now going to office in gurugrqm from ghzbd.
