I am 25 years old boy doing preparation my eyesight is on decreasing trend how can I solve this.

Usually it due myopic refractive error, however its progression stops around 18 yrs in most cases. In some cases it progresses even after that. Also other causes can be keratoconus, corneal and retinal dystrophy
