I am 37 years old male suddenly seeing my hairline reducing and hair thinning with some similarities to male pattern baldness (front on both sides and at back, was having thick curly hairs ,started to feel anxious about the situation and have been using hair oils like coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, almond oil and some herbal oils for hair care and growth .I do not have dandruff .I do maintain pretty good diet rich in proteins ,anti-oxidants, veg as well as non -veg. Please suggest any cure or remedy for baldness or patches as mentioned .Thank you.
