I'm 35 years old. The gap between l5 and s1 has decreased to 8 mm. As a result I have got pain at my back and it comes down through my right leg. What should I do?

Hi if pain is severe take bed rest and apply dfo gel followed by hot water bag. As pain is relieved you should start with static back exercise and progress to strengthening exercise of back and core muscles but start exercise in supervision of physiotherapist.
