I am a 34 year male. My BMI is 23, I am diabetic and taking medicines for the same. I have restricted my diet also. Following is my diet. 1 walnut and 5-6 almonds at 6: 30 am 1 apple at 7: 00 am Breakfast like oats, bread omlet, cut fruit, poha at 8: 45 am Buttermilk and roasted chana or murmura at 11: 15 am 2 chapati, 2-3 spoon rice, 1 bowl dal, half bowled cooked veggie, 1/4 plate salad at 1: 00 pm Boiled chana or veg sandwich at 5: 15 1 bowl cooked green veggie and 2-3 chapati at 9: 00 pm Walk for 45 mins after dinner with a gap of 30 mins. Please suggest if need to change something in diet and workout as I am losing my weight @ 1 kg per month. Fasting and pp are under control as per the accu chek.

Having adequate bmi I advise not to take metformin which further decreases weight. You take small frquent meal.
