I'm 27 years old. I have smoking addiction since last 7 years. I smoked 27 to 30 bidi daily. But, I have reduced my bidi consumption to 17-18 last 3 days. Is this a good approach towards cessation? What should be my next step? I had tried for quiting 2 to 3 times in past. But, it only lasts for 1 day. So, this time I am trying to quit it gradually.
