Had second sitting of rct .it was very painful one foot is calcified and can't be cleared as my Dr. tried allot. Remaining two canals are clean and no infection present in the x ray but after anesthesia I felt lot amount of pain what can be the reason and m not given any medication also.

While calcified root canals aren't uncommon, a qualified endodontist has some methods which can navigate this. Even after multiple tries if it does not work, then no further attempt is made. However, pain is an indicator that some stimulus is still there. Please talk to your endodontist for more info, or seek a second opinion.
