I Do Gym For More Than 3 Years. I Have Consumed Proteins & Gainers. I Gained A Bulky Body With Muscles But My Veins ARE Not Visible . Since Few Days I Do Regular Walking & Cycling For Little Fat Loss. How Can I Get My Veins Visible? Do I Need To Consume Any Supplements Or Will It Be Possible Naturally? please Do Suggest.

Hello lybrate-user, so you want vascularity, it simply means decreas your body fat or water retention so veins can be visible. But how. So, do your workout as you do, after workout do 15 min. Cardio session eat raw vegies atleast 3 times in a day eat more protien and less carbs and very very less fat. Or if uwant to know about supplements then go for l-carnitine or nitrix. But if you can do naturally then its best.
