I am 25 age and my weight is 50 kg, can I take whey protein to build muscle because I am skinny, but my total liver protein level is 7.4 so can I take whey protein daily of 27 grm.

How is your digestive system? If its not good, then I suggest you don't take whey protein. Because it can irritate intestines. To gain musclemass, following will help: get minimum 8 hours of sleep get proper sunlight exposure daily chew your food properly avoid packed food such as noodles, rusk etc. Exercise core muscles such as back, glutes and chest. Practice celibacy. Avoid masturbation until you regain strength. Increase dairy products intake. Avoid salads. Take a digestive enzyme once daily, you will absorb more nutrients.
