I have marginal placenta previa at 12 weeks scan, now at the starting of my 13weeks I am having left hip pain that is hurting ke while shifting position, I am unable to put pressure on my left leg except walking on smooth surface. Doctor suggested it's not related to baby, the baby is all good, it might be some kind of strain and suggested me rest and evion 400 for 2 weeks and dolonex dt for 2 days I have started evion but I am not taking dolonex dt. Can anyone please guide me whether I should take dolonex or not and will this pain go away on its own?

Sometimes as the baby and uterus grows, some nerves get compressed and can cause this kind of radiating pain from back of hip to thigh and it may increase on walking. Although baby is fine, it will cause you discomfort. You can take a painkiller but chances are that pain may still be there. You can take the help of a physiotherapist who will guide you to do stretches that are safe and may help with pain.
