Gal bladder is distended & at neck region shows asymmetric mural wall thickening (5.6 mm in thickness) for length 19 mm. It shows contiguous infiltrating along cystic duct, chd & proximal cbd (for length 17 mm) causing upstream bellary dilatation. On dwi it shows diffusion restriction. Few dependant sludge noted in gb lumen., please tell me.
