Sir, should I continue clonotril and nexito 5 and betacap because of anxiety? Take control 0.5 for a month? Is it enough to reduce the dose? Will you tell me if this fear will change and heart beat will change better or will you tell me the treatment with this tab? My age 39 years.

If your anxiety is better managed with these medicines, you can take it. For complete management of anxiety symptoms, it is usually recommended to take anti-anxiety medicine for a period of 3 months, then gradually tapering and stopping it. But it is better to not continue clonotril for more than 1 month, and use it only on sos basis after that. This is because it is a habit forming drug. You fear will come down if you take the medicines regularly and follow your psychiatrist's advise.
