Sir currently I am facing b12 deficiency. 2 month earlier I was tested for b12 and it's comes out to be 44.2 which is very low .y doctor prescribed me meganeuron forte injection and I started taking it .my symptoms improved gradually but now after 2 month I am feeling exhausted, tired all time, feeling like trouble walking and burning sensation persist in my thigh .doest this is all caused by b12 deficiency?

Hi, dear almost 70-80% urban population having vit b12 deficiency. Take good diet with vitamine riched available seasonal vegetables. It also happens in other vitamin deficiency also, most commonly vitamine d3 deficiency.
