My left foot of side is paining when I walk. Something foot back and sides is hurting .doctor said it was planter fasciitis .in video call they prescribed signoflam tablet and teneta tablet and d3 vitamin tablet. Still now I didn't using those medicines. Only I am doing exercise. But not cured. Still hurting. May I use those medicines. Please suggest me. Thank u.i am female 52 years.
