Parents can pass harmful bacteria from their mouth to their children?s mouth, which can put children at an increased risk for cavities. Avoid biting & sharing food. Do not expect your child to brush regularly. Instead its parent?s responsibility to be studious enough to brush your child's teeth twice daily

Hi it is normal for the the upper front teeth (central incisors) be still unerupted 6 months after their normal eruption date which is 7-8 years of age. The eruption is considered delayed when the child is above 8 1/2 ? 9 years old. Since there is a history of trauma, and its of concern, an xray can be taken to identify and locate the position of the teeth. It will help in the decision of further treatment, mean while consider massaging the gums by gently rubbing them with clean finger.
